Marketing
Create faster using approved and trusted content.
Marketing writes faster than legal can review, so campaign copy drifts from the product truth it was supposed to reflect. The approved position usually exists — in a claims register, a past campaign, a launch brief — but finding it takes longer than rewriting from memory, which is how unsubstantiated claims reach customers.
Can I say we are “the fastest” in the new campaign, and which customers can I name?
No — superlative performance claims were withdrawn in February pending benchmark substantiation.1 The approved alternative is “sub-two-second median response”, which is substantiated.1 Three customers hold current naming consent for APAC: Contoso, Northwind and Fabrikam.2
Illustration only. This exchange is a written example of how AIMY Expert behaves — not a recording of a live system, and not a claim about any real organisation's data.
Identical interface to every other department. Different knowledge, different access rights.
Copy drifts from the approved product truth, and legal review becomes the bottleneck on every asset.
These are real queries from comparable departments — not prompts written to demo well. If your version of this list looks different, that is the conversation to have.
Where the answers live
- Which performance claims are approved for this product right now?
- What did we say about this feature at launch, and has it changed?
- Which customers am I allowed to name in this region?
- What is our approved position against this competitor?
What Marketing puts it to work on.
Not a roadmap — these are the areas this department already has documented, which is what makes them answerable on day one.
- Brand guidelines and messaging
- Product information and positioning
- Approved marketing claims
- Campaign and proposal drafting
- Content creation assistance
- Marketing asset discovery
Approved claims only — drafts stay out of the index
Claims still pending legal or benchmark substantiation are excluded from retrieval, not merely flagged. An unreviewed claim that cannot be retrieved cannot end up in an external asset by accident.
The boundary is applied when content is retrieved, not by instructing the model to keep a secret — a model told not to reveal something has still been shown it. AIMY Expert works with the access controls you already have in place.
What changes for Marketing
- Cited
- substantiation behind every claim
- 0
- withdrawn claims reaching a draft
- Approved only
- the index holds signed-off material, nothing in review
These are properties of how the deployment works, not projections. Where you want a performance target, we measure your own baseline first and commit against that.
What Marketing retrieves, and what it never sees.
Each AI Expert answers from a defined knowledge scope, applied when the content is retrieved. Nothing on the right-hand side reaches the model.
Retrievable for Marketing
- Brand & messaging guidelines
- Approved claims register
- Past campaign assets
- Customer reference register
Withheld at retrieval
- 2 references withheld — naming consent expired
- Anything Marketing cannot already open in the source system
Filtered before retrieval, not after generation — withheld content never enters the model context at all.
What Marketing runs on.
The same foundation every other department uses. Nothing here is a marketing-specific product — it is a marketing-specific scope on a shared platform.
