What is Agentic RAG, in plain terms?
An ordinary assistant searches once and answers from what it found. Agentic RAG plans the search: it works out what it needs, retrieves, checks whether that actually answers the question, and retrieves again from somewhere else if it does not. It matters when an answer depends on several documents rather than one — which, in a business, is most of the time.
Does AIMY act on my systems by itself?
No, and we would rather say so plainly than leave it implied. AIMY reasons across your knowledge and answers with its sources. It does not carry out transactions or change records in your systems on its own.
Which plan should we choose?
Match it to reach. Starter if you want your own branded GPT before there is a knowledge base behind it. Business when one team needs an AI Expert on its own knowledge. Professional when several teams do, and you need governance and access control across them. Enterprise when it is organisation-wide, or has to be integrated with your own systems.
What does Starter leave out?
The knowledge base. Starter is the in-house GPT on its own — your branding, your interface, selected self-hosted models, conversation history kept. It does not index your documents, so there is no retrieval and no sourced answer to check. That begins at Business.
What decides the price?
Scope — how many teams, how much knowledge, what has to be integrated, and what the support commitment is. Tell us which plan fits and we will quote against it.
Can we run this on our own hardware?
Yes. Every plan can be deployed on-premise or on-cloud. On your own hardware, AIMY Chat is the same platform delivered on the SNS Network inference server in your own building, including fully air-gapped.
What happens at the end of a billing period?
Plans expire rather than auto-renew, so nothing recurs unless you choose it.
